This conference at the University of Gdańsk (Poland) will discuss the concept of ’embeddedness’ – the degree to which individuals or organizations are entangled in a given social construct or network – in the fields of sociology, economics, urban and cultural geographies and organisational studies.
Within a panel on “Migration and Embeddedness”, I will be presenting a paper on “Migrant Organisations: Embodied and Embedded Community Capital?”
